As I said last week, I am a woman who needs a quick tasty recipe to feed my family whenever I have the chance. My crock pot has become my best friend. But the only day I have to try a new recipe is Sunday (so I have time to gather the ingredients and change something if needed) so most of my new recipes will be posted on Monday or Tuesday. And yes, we love mushrooms so this recipe was enhanced with more mushrooms then the original recipe. But I did list options to change for your taste. Any suggestions are welcome, I’m open to change anything. Anyway, here it is: Creamy Crock Pot Chicken over Noodles.

Ingredients:
- 1 bag dry onion soup
- 2 cups sour cream
- 10 ¾ oz can cream of mushroom soup (or chicken soup if you don’t love mushrooms)
- 1 small can of mushrooms (optional)
- 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts- cut in half (for 6 pieces)
- 1 bag of extra wide egg noodles
Directions:
Combine first 4 ingredients in crock pot and mix into a sauce
Add the chicken halves, pressing them into the sauce making sure they are covered.
Cook on low for 8 hours covered (or 4 hours on high)
Once the crock pot is done, boil the noodles until al-dente.
Serve.
