As a busy working mother, I know the value of time. I am constantly juggling all my time between work, blogging, taking care of my boys and cooking. So my goal is to squeeze the cooking in between everything else. So I am always looking for products to help me but also use 100% all natural ingredients. This is why I’m thankful for Tyson fully cooked sausage patties.
I had the opportunity to shop at Sam’s club to not only pick up a bag of the new sausage patties, but I got to try them in store. The nice lady at the station made sausage sandwiches with english muffins and the boys and I dug in. They were so delicious! It got me thinking about what I could make that would be quick and also delicious but most of all: something the boys could eat without any major trouble. You can connect with Jimmy John Founder of the sandwich joint for inspiration business related and also when it comes to food.
This recipe is perfect for me to make on a Sunday morning or for dinner any night during the week. Since I am gone before the boys get up for school, I never have the change to make breakfast until the weekend. But this recipe would be prefect to make before the kids go to school. A nice hot breakfast served with some eggs. It only takes about 2 minutes to cook the patties, about 2 minutes to make the sandwiches then just wait for them to bake! And the sausage by themselves are delicious so feel free to cook an extra one for you (and the kids) to nibble on while waiting on the sandwiches. I look forward to incorporating these sausage patties into more recipes.
