This review was part of the Nuby Mom program. I was given these items in exchange for an honest review. This review is my opinion.
With every passing day, Noah gets more and more independent. It’s to the point that we are constantly cleaning up spills because Noah wants to carry his own food from the kitchen to his table. Mommy is definitely not fast enough to catch those plates and bowls as they slide out of his hand. But because I am a Nuby mom, I knew that Nuby would have something to help fix that problem.
The Nuby Sure Grip™ Bowl with Easy Grip™ Spoon and Fork is my lifesaver. The way the bowl is shaped (as you can see below) makes it perfect for little hands. Noah can grip the one side with ease and hold on to the bottom while carrying it from the kitchen to his table he shares with Hayden. I am more confident that he won’t spill everything that he’s supposed to eat with this bowl because of the ergonomic design. I also find it easy to hold myself with either hand.
I’m pretty sure that Noah loves the spoon and fork set more than me. That was the first thing out of the Nuby box that he grabbed. He loves the touch and feels of forks and spoons and these ones have become his new favorite. I love the soft grip handle that makes it comfortable for him to handle. This set is perfect for any child who is attempting to be more independent with their eating but is also perfect for any child to use until they are ready for a larger utensil. I was also lucky enough to be sent 2 sets of them.. one to match the bowl, and another just because.
Now, unfortunately, the set isn’t sold together like I originally thought. There are 4 different colors that you can chose from. However, the Easy Grip starter set (the fork and spoon set) is sold at Amazon. You can follow Nuby on Facebook, twitter, pinterest and instagram.
