I was not paid or received any items for this post, I just agreed to share the information. All opinions are my own.
This month is Breast Cancer Awareness Month (as you may already know) and I’m always happy to share companies that honor our survivors. Klosterman is an Ohio Company so of course, I think it’s awesome what they do.
Klosterman Bread, a family-owned bakery headquartered in Cincinnati, is launching its 5th annual campaign benefitting Pink Ribbon Girls. Each year, Klosterman makes a sizeable donation to Pink Ribbon Girls in support of breast cancer research and Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
On October 1st, the campaign kicked off with Klosterman’s Pink Ribbon Girls Power of Wheat Organic Bread Line. Consumers can show their support of Klosterman’s efforts by purchasing specially marked Pink Ribbon Girls Loaves in stores throughout the Greater Cincinnati and Dayton areas.
Last year alone, the 125-year old bread brand donated $10,000 to Cincinnati and Dayton’s own Pink Ribbon Girls.
How awesome is that?
Our organization was founded by breast cancer survivors who have a passion for supporting and empowering others who are currently in the fight against breast and women’s reproductive cancers. We don’t want to just TALK about cancer, we want to TAKE ON cancer. We are here to make the burden lighter. We strive to balance the fear and uncertainty that breast and women’s reproductive cancers bring to individuals and families by providing FREE direct services of healthy meals, housecleaning, rides to treatment, and peer support to our clients throughout Ohio, to ensure that No One Travels This Road Alone…™
