3 months down, Hopefully 1 more to go!

July 5, 2017 by Ashley T

This is a post sponsored by Nutrisystem. I am a part of the #NsNation Blogger Program. All opinions are my own.

I have successfully completed 3 months (12 weeks) of Nutrisystem!

Yes, I am currently hearing applause right now. I was able to make it through the first 12 weeks without a major problem or gaining weight back. Yes, I may have slowed the last couple of weeks but that’s normal. I’m hoping to kickstart my next month to shave off those last couple of pounds I want to lose. And Nutrisystem will continue to help me do it.

I’ve only shared my actual weight the first post and there was a reason for that: I didn’t want to focus on the actual number. I wanted to focus on the amount lost. But I want to share this post because it will help you to understand what the last 3 months meant to me.

12 week update

UPDATE ON MY WEIGHT LOSS (AS OF MONDAY, JULY 3rd)

CURRENT WEIGHTLOSS THIS WEEK ON NUTRISYSTEM: .4 LBS

TOTAL WEIGHTLOSS OVERALL: 28 LBS

Original Weight: 186.2 lbs. Current Weight: 158.2 lbs

Yes! I’ve almost lost 30 lbs in 3 months. The picture above was taken last week when I felt so confident that I didn’t feel the need to cover my arms. I really need to do a measurement of my body to see how many inches I’ve lost but that will happen in the next couple of weeks. But the dress is a medium and I fit it comfortably. My goal isn’t to make it to a small… I’m smarter than that. Plus, have you seen my boobs? They don’t fit into smalls.

My soft goal is to make it to 140lbs. That means I have 18 lbs left. I believe if I push myself hard enough, I can make it in probably 6 weeks or so. My hard goal is to be somewhere between 140-149lbs. Normal weight with my height (based on BMI) is 150. I haven’t been a “healthy” weight in such a long time. That is my goal. To no longer be considered “overweight”, but to be within the normal guidelines once again.

Ready to make that chance in weight and health? Make sure you check out the Nutrisystem website to see how to get started.
