I can’t believe it has been 12 weeks (almost) since I started Nutrisystem. It doesn’t feel like it. I mean, I know how long but it doesn’t feel like I could have lost this much weight in almost 12 weeks. I can’t believe it.
Let’s start with a weight update:
UPDATE ON MY WEIGHT LOSS (AS OF MONDAY, JUNE 26TH)
CURRENT WEIGHTLOSS THIS WEEK ON NUTRISYSTEM: .6 LBS
TOTAL WEIGHTLOSS OVERALL: 27.6 LBS
I wasn’t feeling well this past week so I didn’t work out and I tried to eat whatever I could that was good for my diet but didn’t necessarily stay on the diet. I wouldn’t say I went crazy and ate a bunch of cake or something. But if I felt up to eating something, I would have it. I stuck to smoothies most of the week and was a homebody. I think the lack of weight loss was not working out or moving as much as I normally do.
That doesn’t change the fact that I’ve lost almost 28 lbs in 11 weeks. I can’t believe it. I haven’t felt this good in so long. I haven’t felt confident in my clothes in forever. I still need to work on flattening my belly but otherwise, I think I can make it to my goal soon.
I do wonder where my butt has gone.
Not that I’ve had a big one or anything. But in the divorce, my weight took the little bit of butt I had. Makes me just a little bit sad (and I’m laughing writing this because I never thought I’d say it). I’ll have to work on exercises to get that back as well. Or at least enhance what I got!
