To keep with my plans to purchase an SUV, I took a lot at some models that I wouldn’t have thought to buy. I’ve always dreamed of driving a Lexus, I mean who hasn’t. They are meant to be luxurious and the Lexus GX is not the exception.
At first glance, the 2017 Lexus GX is gorgeous.
I mean, look at her. Pretty lines and I happen to love this color.
- It has 301 HP and 6,500lb of towing capability. I would think of this as a travel car. You can leave home but take plenty with you at the same time. Don’t forget anything with the amount you can add when towing.
- The 3rd row folds flat for extra space. Need to pack something without towing? Fold down the 3rd row for added carry on space. The seats fold down flat so that you can use the space to its maximum capability.
- There is plenty of driver support. What kind of driver support? There is a blind spot monitor with rear-cross traffic alert. You also have access to wide-angle front-mounted camera to help you see around blind corners. Intuitive Parking Assist utilizes inconspicuous sensors integrated into the front and rear bumpers that are designed to detect surrounding objects.
- Don’t forget about the exceptional service experience. Lexus wants to give you the best service: from the ability to schedule a service appointment via the convenient Lexus Drivers site or smartphone app, to the custom waiting lounges with free Wi-Fi.
