When working on a recipe for the Tyson fully cooked chicken recipe I posted about a week ago, I came up with 2 different recipes so that I would have an option to choose. Both recipes are delicious but the other one was easier to make so I chose the sandwiches. However, I did want to share the casserole recipe I made. It of course has one of my favorite ingredients (sour cream). If you don’t like sour cream, I wouldn’t make the recipe. The flavor isn’t overpowering but it is the base to the recipe. I hope you enjoy, I did!

Ingredients:
- 6-8 Tyson sausage patties
- 1 (32 ounce) package frozen hash brown potatos (cubed or shredded)
- 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- 1 can condensed cream of potato soup
- 1-1.25 cups mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease a 9 X 13 inch pan.
Cook sausage patties on stove top as directed and cut into pieces.
In a large bowl, mix hash browns, sausage, cream of potato soup, sour cream, and cheddar cheese.
Spread evenly into prepared dish. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the top.
Bake for 1 hour. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
