Dressing up my workouts with Jill Yoga

Now that I’ve lost weight, my goal is to keep the weight I lost off. So I’m continually on the lookout for new workout clothes since some of them don’t fit correctly anymore. You always think about replacing your daily clothes when you start to lose weight but because workout clothes are stretchy, I never thought about those.

One thing I wanted to make sure I had enough of were Jackets.

I’m always cold so until I have the chance to warm up, I need a jacket (click to view)to keep me warm. So when I took a look at the Jill Yoga website, this was the first thing I looked for. I wanted something with a hood, just in case I used it while walking. That is what led me to the Ladies Hooded Yoga Jacket.

I love how comfy the Jil Yoga jacket is. It fits like a glove and keeps everything where it should be. And I love the print! My husband said it reminds him of space. I think it actually looks like blue paint splattered on a black canvas. I’m always the type to buy straight black (I mean look at the pants) so I was excited to try out the print. I’ve gotten lots of compliments on it.

One thing that I’m not too fond of: no pockets. I don’t do a ton of yoga but I do use the jackets when I start my cardio. Having a place to store my phone is helpful to me (since I play music). However, since it is a yoga jacket, I can see why they wouldn’t have one. When I wear this one, I just have to remember to bring my arm phone holder.
