School has been in session for a while now and we’re always trying to get into a rhythm with the kids. It’s been hard since Hayden has soccer practice so pick up for all 3 kids are within the same 30 mins time block. Not only that, but game days can be impossible.

Since I work from home, planning out dinner isn’t too hard but I don’t always have time to make what I want. My goal is to always have something in the house that can be made quickly and is easy enough for Hayden to throw together if I can’t.
In steps Barilla
The first time I tried pesto, it was something my step-father raved about and I fell in love. It wasn’t until a couple years ago that I introduced it to the children. It was hard to convince the children to try it at first. Finally, they enjoy it as much as I do. I have it every once in a while but I always wanted something that made it a little easier to make.
Barilla released something new: Barilla Creamy Genovese Pesto! Creamy Genovese Pesto has a creamy, smooth texture and savory taste, making it ideal for stirring into pasta and grains, spreading on sandwiches, marinating meats and vegetables, or using it as a dip. The 6.2-ounce jar of pesto mixes well with 16 ounces of pasta.
