We Love our continued car service at Ricart #WereDealin

Ricart and I? We have history. I’ve known about the mega mall since I moved to Columbus about 15 years ago and dreamed about getting my first car from there when I got older. I actually bought my first car (a 2003 Mazda Protege) from Ricart the same year my husband Paul and I got married. It was like a wedding gift to ourselves. 9 years later, we headed back to the Mega Mall to purchase our next new car. They’ve always been very nice to us and a great place to find something perfect for our family. So I was excited to be able to do a review for Ricart Mega Mall, since we do visit every once in a while.

I take my car in for its regular maintenance whenever I get the chance. I love that they have the option to book the appointment online or you can call in. Plenty of ways so that you don’t have to wait. I pulled into the driveway and was immediately greeted by a salesperson to get help. They found my appointment sheet and verified what I was coming in for. I’m glad that they also verify if there is anything else you need. If I scheduled for an oil change and they noticed its time for my 15,000 mile check up, they’ll remind me of it. No problem.

Now for the waiting. I haven’t ever waited too long for my car but that doesn’t mean you won’t have to wait, especially when there is an issue or just a lot of people bringing in their cars. Don’t have the time to wait? Well, Ricart will drive you where ever you need to go! I don’t live that close to Ricart but they offered to drive me home to wait at my house and come back to pick me up when the car was ready. I loved that! However, I chose to meet my mother in law for some breakfast while I waited.

I can back an hour (or so) later and checked in. Within 15 minutes, my car was back in the driveway and ready to go. Checking out is super easy. They call you up, ask you if you need anything else, let you pay, then let you go. Quick and easy. I love that no matter what I’m getting done, they do a once-over on the car and tell me if anything needs to be checked out. My fluid always gets refilled as well. LOVE!
