If you haven’t noticed, I’m on a mission to lose some unwanted weight I’ve been putting on for the past couple of years. I won’t blame it on anything specifically but I’ve had 3 kids and I LOVE FOOD! So, of course, I’ve had some extra weight come and hang on. Thankfully, I’ve been on m diet for 6 weeks now and have lost some weight but I’m always on the lookout for places I can eat that fit into my diet.
In steps CHOP5 Salad Kitchen.

I love a number of choices they give you! I built my own salad with spinach and iceberg lettuce. I picked a premium (meat, tofu or avocado). I actually chose roasted turkey which was delicious. Then, you chose up to 5 ingredients to go in your salad. They have a ton of choices so if you’d like more than 5, you can, there is just an up-charge. Then they chop your salad and serve it up to you.
As you can see in the picture, we got there just before lunch time rush. But they were all very efficient. I topped my salad with the Fat Free Raspberry Vinaigrette. I wasn’t sure if I would like it.. mainly because I’m not a fan of Italian so I had to pick something else. It was totally yummy! Not at all tart and kind of sweet. My salad was very filling and I would love to have it again.
