I’ve been using NuNaturals products for a while now. If you’ve never heard of them, they offer nutritional supplements for everyone to use. I started with the NuStevia which is a natural sweetener with a non-bitter taste. I use it as a sugar replacement but it depends on what I’m making. I’ve also got the chance to try out a couple of other products and I’m happy to share with you what I’ve been able to use.
The NuNaturals NuStevia White Stevia Powder is a dietary supplement form of the Stevia. 1 packet of the Stevia Powder contains 1/2 of a teaspoon and 1/2 of a teaspoon of the Stevia Powder will taste as sweet as 2 teaspoons of sugar. You can make your favorite cookie recipe and replace the cups of sugar you use with less stevia and still get the same sweet taste you enjoy.
NuStevia Cocoa Syrup is just like your store bought chocolate syrup. You can use it over ice cream or to make chocolate milk. Noah loves chocolate milk and can’t taste the difference. Its a sugar free low calorie change that we made in our family. Do you have any recipes that use chocolate syrup? You can replace it with this.
I’ve even shared all the items I receive with my mother in law. Her and her husband are diabetics and the NuStevia is perfect for their diet. She uses it as a replacement in cookies and recipes and it helps them keep up with their sugar levels. My favorite use for the NuStevia Simple Syrup is smoothies! The fruit isn’t always so sweet so sometimes, I have to add a little sweetener to get it going. It is delicious! I also used the simple syrup in my healthy fruit and yogurt push-up treat that the boys love.
