You know how everyone is always talking about getting that summer body before summer hits? Yes, school is out here but it isn’t officially summer for another week or so. And I was just thinking about how I kind of made it to my “summer body”.
Nutrisystem has changed me in many ways. Yes, I have changed.
First off, it has changed my body. I’m fitting into clothes I haven’t worn in a long time. I’m almost under 160 lbs. Those jeans I was hoping to get into? I can put them on and button them. I still think they are too tight to wear outside of the house so I’ll try again later on.
Nutrisystem has changed the way I think about food. I don’t eat as much as I used to. Ok, so I still want the things I used to eat but now I won’t let myself eat a half a pint of ice cream or a 700-1200 calorie meal from a fast food restaurant. I’m eating more veggies and I’m loving them. And I’m passing them on to my children. I’ve taught my children that smoothies are much better than ice cream or frozen yogurt.
