Time for your Spring Service

Are you starting your spring cleaning?

Now that the weather is FINALLY warming up, now is the perfect time to work on spring cleaning. That includes your car. Now is the perfect time to take your car in for service to get everything checked out, even if you think there aren’t any issues.

Perfect time for your Spring Service
Some places like Bob Fisher Chevrolet can complete all your service needs. I mean, you don’t have to take your car back to where you bought it. Personally, they already have our information and have taken care of the car before so why not? Plus it helps that their GM Certified technicians are highly trained. Why not go somewhere where the large Parts Department stocks Certified GM parts and accessories. I’d rather not wait for the part to come in.. it could take days.

Most service stations include a detailed report of your car when they finish. This will include:

  • The life of your tires
  • Recommended services
  • How much they cost
  • How important it is to complete that service

Last time I took my car in for an oil change, I appreciated the update on my car. It is almost like your yearly visit to the doctor: checking in to make sure everything is running correctly. When I got my car back, I was told it would be time to change the breaks soon. It wasn’t something that needed to be done right away but just so we knew. They also mentioned the serpentine belt would need to be replaced.

Hate calling the service station to schedule your appointment? You can always schedule it on the website. Log in with your account information and update the mileage. From there, they can tell you recommended services or you can add what you want. It is simple.

Don’t forget to check on the health of your car just like you check your own health. It is important.
