As a family, we eat a lot of chicken. I mean, children normally agree to eat certain things and chicken is one of them. So I’m used to eating chicken nuggets or tenders often, its one of our go to meals. So I was excited that Bob Evans was coming out with their new Broasted Chicken.

Bob Evans has been broasting chicken for a while now but just introduced their broasted chicken tenders last week. Instead of being baked or deep fried, the chicken tenders are marinated, breaded in-house and broasted to keep the chicken crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. My favorite thing about them? They aren’t your normal sized chicken tenders… these are oversized premium cut all-white-meat chicken tenders!

We dined at the Bob Evans in New Albany as a family and of course the boys has breakfast for dinner. I ordered the broasted chicken tenders with french fries, green beans and rolls. First of all, I couldn’t finish all the chicken tenders.. they are definitely oversized. They were delicious though. They were cooked perfectly and didn’t contain any fat. I’m not a fan of fat at all.

I loved the meal so much that I decided to order the family meals to go this past week when I didn’t have time to cook dinner… this happens often to families who have newborns in the house. You get 12 broasted chicken tenders, a side and rolls for $19.99. Add another side for $5 more. The boys were both “clean platers” with this meal. I know I can use Bob Evans again for a delicious family meal.
Head to your local Bob Evans to try the new Broasted Chicken Tenders and let me know how much you love them. You can also sign up for Bob Evans mail program: you can receive offers , coupons, and more.
