I was sent coupons to do this Kidfresh review. All opinions below are my own.
I know my children don’t eat enough veggies. They just don’t. We try to get them to eat everything, but they like what they like. And even when they like it, they don’t always want it. Hey, I’m like that as well so I don’t blame them but to help them grow big and strong, I’m trying to add more veggies into our diet. Thanks to Kidfresh, they don’t always have to know they are eating vegetables.
Kidfresh makes healthy frozen kids meals for you and your family. What do they stand for? They have a great taste that kids love, have 100% natural ingredients, hidden veggies (so kids get their daily supply), and use BPA free packaging. Because they are frozen meals, it makes it so much easier to work with when you are a working mother and just don’t have time to makes meals every night. I know that it comes in handy when I not only have to work but Hayden has soccer practice… at 5:30pm. Its a struggle.
I headed to Whole Foods to have the boys pick out the meals they wanted to try. Hayden picked out the Muy Cheesy Quesadillas and Noah picked the Spaghetti Loops and meat sauce. Both had simple directions to warm them up and only took a couple of minutes. Noah’s spagetti loops had hidden sweet potatoes and carrots mixed into the meal and he didn’t notice at all. Spaghetti is one of his favorite meals and he enjoyed it. The Quesadillas used wheat tortillas and had carrots hidden in the meal. Of course these didn’t fill my growing boy but he loved them, especially all the cheese it had. Both boys love carrots so they weren’t bothered to find out they were added. But they had no idea anything extra was in the meal. I call that a hit.
