Now that the cold weather is setting in, its time to think food that will warm us up. I’ve always been a sucker for chili: whether its been cooked for hours or its something quick and easy because I’ve been busy. Red Gold Tomatoes helps me make one of my favorite dishes and keeps me moving. With my 2 little boys, I can’t just spend hours in the kitchen. So every once in a while, I make my Quick and Easy Chili which the whole family loves.

Quick and Easy Chili
ingredients:
- 1 lb hamburger
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 can chili beans
- 1 packet chili seasoning
- 1 can Red Gold diced tomatoes
- 1 can Red Gold diced w/ green chilies (for a small amount of spice)
Directions:
Brown hamburger until fully cooked.
Combine all ingredients in a large pot and cook until all is warm. Serve in bowls and add extras as needed such as cheese and/or crackers.
