My family and I were sent passes to watch the movie and share our review. All opinions below are our own.
I remember the Muppets from when I was little. I have to admit, I’ve only seen part of the last movie (my children weren’t into it when it came out) but I knew enough to know that they would love to see it. Noah thinks Kermit looks hilarious and Hayden just thinks they are funny and laughs histerically at Animal. So we headed to the theater last week to see the movie and tell you our thoughts! Before we get into that, here is the synopsis.

Disney’s “Muppets Most Wanted” takes the entire Muppets gang on a global tour, selling out grand theaters in some of Europe’s most exciting destinations, including Berlin, Madrid and London. But mayhem follows the Muppets overseas, as they find themselves unwittingly entangled in an international crime caper headed by Constantine—the World’s Number One Criminal and a dead ringer for Kermit—and his dastardly sidekick Dominic “Number Two” Badguy (portrayed by Ricky Gervais).

My Review:
Overall, I thought it was really good. The plot was simple enough to keep the children entertained but had plenty for the adults to enjoy so they didn’t get bored. There was plenty mixed in for any audience. The scenes where Kermit were in jail were a little bit boring to me even though my favorite character was Nadya (played by Tina Faye). For some reason, Tina Faye with a russian accent is hilarious. And of course she was in love with Kermit, who wouldn’t be?
My husband’s favorite part would have been when Constantine tried to be like Kermit. He was horrible. There was no way he could have just been Kermit without someone figuring it out. His accent completely proved it. The boys laughed pretty much the whole time though. One last thing: The cameos.. there were so many! Make sure you pay attention because someone you wouldn’t think of could just appear on the screen and blend in like everyone else. Here is the trailer just in case you haven’t seen it.
