Cedar Point in the eyes of a 3 year old #bloggingatCP

My family and I were given tickets to Cedar Point’s Halloweekends. No other compensation were given. All opinions are my own.

In the last couple of years, we’ve been to Cedar Point on a couple different instances. However, I haven’t really had the chance to take the boys for a full day of Cedar Point fun. If its no one thing, its another. The one time we had a whole family day planned, it rained…hard. We ended up being wet and cold and sad we had to go home. So my goal was to spend the most time with the boys trying to make sure they got the most out of one of my most favorite amusement parks.

This past year, Cedar Point expanded their children’s areas to make sure that they youner visitors have just as much fun as everyone else. However, the day we visited (September 13th) was also the opening weekend for Halloweekends. So not only did Noah have tons of rides to ride, but it had lots of other exciting things including Trick or Treat.

While the older family members waited in line for a coaster, Noah and I headed over to Kiddie Kingdom and Noah got all excited. There were pony rides. I paid $5 and got him a ride on a super cute pony. He loved it and took the time to thank the pony for the ride. After that, we rode 3-4 rides in that area including motorcycles and the Roto Whip. By the time everyone else was done with Magnum, Noah was way ahead of them by like 4 rides. He also had the time to Trick or Treat.

We all headed over to WoodStock Express so Noah could ride it with his Aunt Debbie. From then on, Noah ran the show. He got the chance to ride Wilderness Run as well, by himself. We found out that he’s tall enough to ride most of the kiddie rides by himself which he loved. He took charge and got on anything that looked fun. I rode Woodstock’s Whirlybirds with Noah and I have to admit, it made me a little dizzy. Noah loved it. I left to ride the Raptor with my neice and nephew and Noah spent the rest of the afternoon riding with his dad. He loved the whole day.

We left the park about 8:30pm and Noah was so tired that he was carried to the park. I’d say he got his day of fun and slept the rest of the way home. If you have time, take the family to Cedar Point for HalloWeekends. Everyone in the family will enjoy it.
