I said I would post this recipe last week but I got busy. It was my vacation week and I of course got behind on everything that I wanted to do. But that doesn’t change the post! This beef stew is still delicious and easy to make.
Easy Beef Stew

Ingredients:
1 lb of beef shoulder, cut up into squares
half a bag of baby carrots
2 lbs of potatoes (red ones are delicious), cut up
2 containers (32 oz each) of beef broth (more or less depending on how much liquid you’d like)
Add all the ingredients into a crock pot.
cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours. The meat is more tender if you cook it on low but if you are out of time, high is just as good.
Serve.



This stew looks similar to what my mom cooked when i was younger. Looks like it’ll be just as tasty too!
