This is my last week doing Nutrisystem. Very bittersweet.
What will I miss?
I’ll miss having my meals already planned out for me. I’ll miss knowing what I’m going to eat every couple of hours. It might take a moment for me to get into the swing of having food on hand to make sure I have a snack. I’ll miss knowing how many calories I’ve eaten right off hand.
I happy to be able to keep the books they’ve sent to remind me of what is better for me when I’m out. I plan on using that as often as I can. I’m happy that I can start putting the trust in myself and know that I’ll do what’s right for my body as I plan to lose that last little bit.
I am finally back at the gym and making the final push to be under 150 lbs.
I know that if I don’t make it, I’ll be ok. Trying to lose 4 lbs in one week is a hard task so I know I’m not a failure if I don’t do it. But I’ve been to the gym twice this week. I should be able to go Friday but I’ll also be doing a bike ride on Saturday. So we’ll see next week. Will I make it before I finish Nutrisystem? Only time will tell. TOTAL WEIGHTLOSS OVERALL: 32.8 LBS
ORIGINAL WEIGHT: 186.2 LBS. CURRENT WEIGHT: 153.4 LBS
