I have an iPad mini. Its one of my favorite things to have since I can do a lot on it without having to carry around my laptop all the time. However, Noah and Hayden like to play on it whenever we have some downtime which scared me a little. I mean, they drop it once and the screen could shatter into a bunch of tiny pieces. So I’ve been looking for a childproof case that will help in this situation and was happy to have found the Case Doctor.
The Case Doctor doesn’t just make cases for iPads, they will cover your favorite device.
They not only offer covers and accessories for Apple products (like the new iPhone 6) but they also carry accessories and covers for the Samsung Galaxy and Note. But of course, my iPad being protected was a priority for me. The case I was sent is the Light Weight Foam Case for Kids in Red. This is specifically a case made for the use of kids.
The case uses a dense heavy duty EVA foam that is used as the soles in high-end sneakers. The case covers the back completely and protects the screen. I don’t have to worry about Noah or Hayden dropping the iPad and cracking the screen. Thank goodness. I feel much better with the new case especially since we have to keep Noah busy during Hayden’s soccer games. The case protects the iPad just in case he drops it to the floor while playing.
The only thing I don’t like about the case is that the cover overlaps the lock button but it is not like I can’t access it. The boys have dropped my iPad a couple times since we added this case to it and nothing has broken and I no longer have to worry about whether or not they will break it while using it. I am thankful for this case because who knows where my iPad would be right now…probably covered in grass and scratches.

I am psycho about keeping every one of our devices in a case… Mike laughs at me but *knock on wood* nothing I have ever had has gotten scratched or broken… HIS phone on the other hand we have had to replace the screen on twice LOL

This is a good idea. I say this with experience, unfortunately. My son dropped one of our tablets on cement outside completely shattering the screen and we’ve dropped a couple more since. It’s an expensive drop.

Santa brought these for us last year along with the ipads and they are fantastic! The kids have dropped their ipads numerous times and these cases saved them! I also love the handles so they can easily carry them…I’ve recommended them over and over.

Kids and iPads can be a scary combination. You just have to have a case. The Case Doctor looks like a great option.
