I have always had a sweet tooth so its no surprise that I love a Hawaiian type recipe. Complete with pineapples and everything. Don’t forget it being sweet! My husband and I discovered a Hawaiian marinade in the store a couple of years ago and would make it with chicken but experiment how we would cook it. I was all about adding extra pineapples to the mix so when I was trying to come up with something easy for dinner this past week, this recipe popped into my head. Its simple and only has 4 ingredients. I added mixed veggies to the recipe because we didn’t just want chicken and of course put the chicken over rice. So overall, you might add more than just the 4 ingredients listed below. However, these are the basics to this recipe. Anyway, here is my recipe for Sweet Hawaiian Chicken.

Sweet Hawaiian Chicken
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups pineapple juice (use one cup to make the sauce thicker)
- ½ cup packed brown sugar
- ⅓ cup soy sauce
- 2 lbs chicken (boneless, skinless)
Optional: 2 cups of mixed veggies, steamed rice
Directions:
Cut chicken into small pieces and add to the crockpot
Add all other ingredients to the crockpot and stir.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours (high for 3-4 hours) until fully cooked.
Serve. We serve over rice.

I would love to try this one. I recently tried making orange chicken ( love food like this) but the recipe I used for that wasn’t so good. This looks fabulous, I’ll give it a try. Thanks for sharing
I love that this recipe only has 4 and a few optional, ingredients and it looks great! I will have to try this, I am always looking for recipes that are different and not too time consuming.
I’ve never tried Sweet Hawaiian Chicken..sounds good.
This sounds incredible! Thank you for sharing the recipe!
I bet the brown sugar in this recipe makes it all taste delicious! I’ll have to try it!
