I’m not comfortable in the skin I’m in.
Yeah, I said it. Not a lot of people are able to admit that and say it out loud. But here is my story:
We got married March of 2003. I pretty much stayed in my 135-140 lbs frame for the first couple of years. Out of high school, I had a pretty high metabolism and could pretty much eat whatever I want. The more years that past, the slower it got. Then the children came. I gained weight with all of them but it was harder to get the weight off with the last 2. When I had Olivia in October 2015, I was 175 lbs leaving the hospital. I slowly started to gain more weight instead of losing.
I joined a gym and worked out whenever I had the chance but all that did was make sure I didn’t gain any more weight. My problem was my diet. I wasn’t on one. I ate whatever I felt like it and figured that the exercise work do the job. I want to make sure what I not only lose weight for myself bu for my family. I want to make sure I work on my diet but always work on theirs at the same time.

I currently weigh 186lbs. I am not comfortable in my own skin.
