How many of you have to buy diapers for your child? I’m sure if your son or daughter isn’t potty trained, diapers are a must. Not just for your family, but for all families out there. They are an important part of taking care of a baby. However, not everyone can provide the diapers needed.
Did you know that 1 in 3 U.S. families struggle to provide enough diapers to keep their baby or toddler clean, dry, and healthy?
I had no idea either. Sixty-five percent of families are unaware that diaper banks offer diaper assistance in their respective community. I mean, the number of diaper banks has grown to more than 300 from 40 in recent years. That’s awesome and needs to be spread to everyone. I’ve been working on remembering to take a pack of diapers to any location around Columbus just to make sure the diaper banks keep stocked. It doesn’t take much to pick up an extra pack.
Looking for a way to help?
Head to Kroger. For the first time, Huggies and Kroger have teamed up to help these families by donating up to 1 million diapers to the National Diaper Bank Network, a nationwide nonprofit dedicated to helping meet the basic needs of all babies and their families.
When you head to Kroger between November 8-December 5, purchase Huggies® Diapers (1 Big Pack or 2 Jumbo Packs) and get a free pack of wipes.
With your purchase, Huggies® will also donate a day’s worth of diapers (up to 1MM) to the National Diaper Bank Network as part of Huggies® No Baby Unhugged program.
Perfect time to stock up on what you need (and get free wipes while you’re at it) and help others in need. Not to mention teaching your children how important it is to help others. Perfect lesson to learn given the season. Purchase what you already buy to help others in need, that’s all you need to do.
