The new phone is…. #vzwsm

December 3, 2012 by Ashley T

I know you all are patiently waiting for me to tell you about the new Verizon device that I received a couple of weeks ago. If you’ve been following me at all on Twitter, you would have seen the announcement of what the device was before I actually received it. Want to know.. Do ya, do ya, do ya?

This, my friends, is an LG Intuition. I didn’t even know this phone existed until I was told what they would be sending. And Yes, it is a phone. I’ve been asked by people while I’m out what it is.. thinking that it was a cool little tablet. It is a tablet though, its a tablet and a phone all into one. Interesting right?

My first thought was… Ok, how weird would I look holding this phone up to my face? So I did it.. and took a picture. It makes my head look tiny! Check it out!

Yes, it totally takes up the whole side of my face. My husband Paul said it is made for a basketball played. Ha! I do enjoy the phone though. My favorite feature of the phone itself is the ability to write on it with the feature called “Quick Memo”. Need to jot something down? No need to look for a notepad or pull out some paper. Just unlock the quick memo feature and write. It lets you take a note right on top of the main screen and save for later use. Comes in handy especially when you need to write down something in a hurry. It also uses Android Ice Cream Sandwich, a newer operating system. With a 5″ display, it makes watching netflix awesome for my boys. They steal it from me all the time. The 4GLTE signal makes that easy for them as well.

Be on the lookout for more tweets and posts about the LG Intuition. I’m having fun testing out this Verizon phone!

Disclosure: I am participating in the Verizon Wireless Midwest Savvy Moms program and have been provided with a wireless device and six months of service in exchange for my honest opinions about the product.

What a neat phone! Could've fooled me ;) I thought it was a mini tablet, too! I finally renewed my contract w/Verizon and upgraded to a smart phone! Yes, I'm a bit behind technologically speaking :) I went with the Droid Razr Maxx... I'm liking it! And, I do everything "With a side of thriftiness!" I got the phone for FREE during Verizon's Black Friday deals :) Yay!
