This is another thing you should be doing regardless of your situation, but it’s of great importance that you fill your stomach with good stuff throughout the time. Of course, stuffing your face with all kinds of garbage will do your body a lot of harm, but you could also be hurting the baby. You have to drink lots of water, too. We are all made up of lots of water, so we need to top it up regularly.
