The amount of seating
The Hyundai Palisade seats up to 8 people. With our oldest son turning 13 next year, we need the space. Space for not only our kids but also for any friends that might need to ride with us. Right now, we have to take 2 cars anytime we have an extra adult or child. Our plan is to get the captain seats (changing the seating to 7) so the kids have a little more room.
Apple CarPlay
If you didn’t know, my husband and I are avid Apple fans. I love how the Apply CarPlay works so well with our phones and the car. My current car doesn’t have it but connecting to Bluetooth works well. Don’t worry, it comes with Android Auto as well.
Safety and Quality

Third Row Power-Folding Seats
Since the SUV would be primarily my car, I’d need the 3rd row to fold over as easy as possible. I do all the shopping and need plenty of space. Having power-folding seats makes it super easy to put the seats down that my 4-year-old could probably do it as well. She’s a helper.
Hyundai Loyalty
I currently drive a 2013 Hyundai Elantra and will be trading it in for the SUV. Hyundai offers a loyalty rebate most of the time and we’d qualify.
