We were 15 when we met. Both Juniors in high school.

We shared a math class and lunch period.. and became friends. At least I think we shared a math class. We played spades at lunch time. We bonded over fruit and jello… and whipped cream (and puddin’).

We graduated high school together and went out with our friends to dinner. Then, watched a terrible movie with this same friends in a empty movie theater for free. *It pays to have friends who work at the movie theater*
You asked me out for our first date shortly after that.

My mom knew you liked me but I was clueless and thought of you as a friend. That all changed after our first kiss. We fell in love over AOL instant messenger. Sorry, I don’t remember my screen name.

You proposed to me in the original Graeters Ice cream at Easton on my 19th birthday. So many things at that place has changed since then. But my birthday was made even more special that year.

We started to plan our lives together and plan a wedding. But the wedding wasn’t as important to us as starting our lives together. So, on March 28th, 2003, we stood together at the courthouse and got married.

Even though in the beginning, we both forgot our actual anniversary (and fought over it), this day has always and will always hold a very special place in our hearts. Happy Anniversary, my love. I love you in more ways then I can show.
