As you already know, today is the release day for Iron Man 3! I got the wonderful chance to see this movie this past Tuesday (thanks to Disney) and I used this chance to catch up with my younger brother. We got to the movie early and had the chance to chat. I love being able to hang out with him every once in a while. Anyway, back to the movie!
First of all, the storyline:
Marvel’s “Iron Man 3” pits brash-but-brilliant industrialist Tony Stark/Iron Man against an enemy whose reach knows no bounds. When Stark finds his personal world destroyed at his enemy’s hands, he embarks on a harrowing quest to find those responsible. This journey, at every turn, will test his mettle. With his back against the wall, Stark is left to survive by his own devices, relying on his ingenuity and instincts to protect those closest to him. As he fights his way back, Stark discovers the answer to the question that has secretly haunted him: does the man make the suit or does the suit make the man?
My Iron Man 3 review:
I personally think this movie is way more romantic than the others. I think Tony Stark has grown up a little and decided that Pepper Potts is the most important thing is his life. He’s still as cocky as ever, which is why he got himself in the situation that he did. The stupidest thing he could have done was broadcast his address. Why would you do that? You didn’t think that you wouldn’t have been attacked? Wow. “The Mechanic” did what he needed to do to save the most important thing in his life. Oh, and the United States.
This movie is definitely action packed but will also make you laugh. The whole theater laughed out loud a couple of times. I mean, Robert Downey Jr isn’t that bad to look at. Gwyneth Paltrow was awesome and so sweet in the movie. I was drawn to the screen the whole time and you will be too. Here is a new clip for you to check out.
