Last year I wrote a post about how we went to Lynd’s Farm to pick our own pumpkins. We loved it so much that we did it again this year with my husband in tow. My favorite part of visiting Lynd’s Farms is that we get to pick our own pumpkins. They have fields spread out with tons of pumpkins in different sizes and sometimes you have to search for the perfect pumpkin for you.
We normally let the boys choose their own pumpkins and then we get just 1 for my husband and I… totalling to 3 pumpkins. But the boys were having trouble finding pumpkins that didn’t have holes in them or weren’t too heavy. The great thing about having us there is that mom and dad can find hidden pumpkins that are perfect! My favorite one resembles Jimmy Gourd (from Veggie Tales), don’t you agree? I was thinking of decorating that one to look like him!

Hayden has grown 2 ticks. He’s pretty happy about that.

We had a wonderful time as we did last year. I’m thankful for this place. It makes an afternoon pass with lots of fun included.
