DIY Scented Bath Salts: Perfect for spa night!

I have my favorite scent of bath salts sitting near my bathtub at all times. Right next to the bubble bath and anything else I need when I want to relax. Scented bath salts aren’t inexpensive though. So, I wanted to have my own recipe.

I feel that using scented bath salts during my baths help in an enormous amount of ways.

The ingredients themselves help you. Epsom salt helps draw impurities from your body. It is also a mild pain and itch reliever. The essential oils you use can also help. Peppermint has a calming effect on the body, which can relieve sore muscles. I like to combine that with eucalyptus. Eucalyptus is highly effective in helping respiratory problems; that dilates the blood vessels and allows more oxygen into the lungs.

There is also a little bit of sea salt in the mix. Sea Salt makes the water feel silky. That helps me relax just a little bit more. You can make this as part of a gift as well. Very inexpensive way to give a gift. This is perfect for a spa night basket or something you just give a girlfriend so she can have a relaxing night. Visit the page for further details.
